1. Agreement to Terms

We provide home service solutions, including but not limited to plumbing installation, repair, maintenance, emergency services, and related consultations ("Services"). All Services are provided subject to availability, service area coverage, and any written estimate or service agreement provided at the time of booking.

Any quotes, estimates, or pricing information displayed on the Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work commences.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site

Using automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site

Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Impersonating any person or entity

4. Contact Forms & Submissions

When you submit a form on our Site (including but not limited to quote requests, contact forms, booking forms, or service inquiries), you agree that:

The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

You are authorized to provide the contact information submitted

We may use the information to respond to your inquiry, schedule services, send appointment confirmations, and communicate regarding your request

Submission of a form does not guarantee service, and we reserve the right to decline any request at our sole discretion

5. Email & SMS Communications (TCPA Consent)

By submitting your phone number through any form on this Site, by providing your phone number to us verbally, or by otherwise initiating contact, you expressly consent to receive communications from us, including but not limited to:

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Service updates and technician arrival notifications

Quote and estimate information

Follow-up messages regarding completed work

Review requests

Promotional offers and marketing messages (where applicable)

These communications may be delivered via SMS/MMS text message, email, automated voice calls, or phone calls, and may use automatic telephone dialing systems or prerecorded/artificial voice messages.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to receive marketing messages in order to purchase any goods or services from us.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We are not responsible for any charges incurred.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You may opt out of email communications by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly. After opting out, you may still receive transactional messages related to active service requests.

6. Appointments, Cancellations & Service Calls

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to technician availability

We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within any scheduled service window, but cannot guarantee exact arrival times

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance where possible

A service call fee, trip charge, or cancellation fee may apply as disclosed at the time of booking

Emergency service rates may apply outside standard business hours

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment methods as disclosed at the time of service. Late payments may incur interest and collection costs to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Any disputes regarding charges must be raised in writing within 30 days of the invoice date.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and will honor any written warranty provided at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are passed through to you and are subject to the terms set by the manufacturer.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN A WRITTEN WARRANTY, THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Copper State Plumbing Co. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Copper State Plumbing Co. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Site and our Services.
